Why we know this works
Why we know this works
We've heard from patients and their families feeling overwhelmed with the uncertainties that come with managing the long-term effects post stroke. Stroke support groups, like SSEEO, create a community where individuals and families find understanding, knowledge, empowerment, and connection. SSEEO offers a telephone peer support program for stroke survivors and their caregivers, Stroke Survivor 2 Survivor (SS2S) As well as, various newsletters, publications, presentations, leaning series and much more!
