How do you follow spine precautions and still take care of yourself? You swap restricted movements for tools: the reacher retrieves items from the floor and high shelves, the sock aid dresses your feet while your back stays neutral, the long shoe horn guides shoes on without a forward bend, the bendable loofah reaches your back and feet in the shower, and the shower chair takes fall risk and fatigue out of bathing.
