The D-free wearable bladder device will notify the user when it is time to go to the bathroom which is great for those with urinary incontinence. The user will place the bladder device sensor on the lower abdomen which will use ultrasound technology to monitor the bladder while the sensor is being worn. The sensor will detect when the bladder is full and a notification will be sent to the user's phone or tablet, letting them know that they should go to the bathroom.
This is a discrete way to know when a bathroom break should be taken and will give peace of mind knowing that the chances of bladder leakage will decrease.
It’s great for those who self catheterize in order to know exactly when to self-cath instead of going on a timed basis. This ensures that catheter supplies are only used when needed, saving on supply costs and on time spent cathing.
